take a seat.

take a seat.

We understand that reaching out for help can feel daunting.
Let’s break it down. Here are some tips to manage what to expect on your initial sessions:

↳ We recommend weekly or fortnightly sessions initially but will work around you to what works best for you.

↳ Therapy doesn’t always feel great, sometimes things get harder before they improve, we will be there to support and guide you through it.

↳Therapy can be enjoyable. Expect Humour and lightness.

You don’t have to stick with the first therapist you meet. Best results come from a genuine connection with your therapist so shop around.

↳ Take some time to think about what you want to achieve from therapy.

↳ We will only dig deep when you’re ready and willing.
